Black Sheep Bags news! Last night I finished up the purple, Cascade 220 version of the Carroll Bag and today Pete & I did the "photo shoot." So the new bag is almost ready for her release! Off she goes to the printer on Monday. I hope to start shipping patterns to yarn shops on the 25th. (I know it seems like a long time, but I have to go to Ohio for a funeral and I have a big charity event next week.)
The Carroll Bag is a medium sized bag, perfect as an everyday handbag or a medium sized project bag. I think it would also make a good spindle bag! The Kureyon version uses 4 skeins and the bag made with Cascade 220 takes 2 skeins. The finished size is approx. 9" X 3" X 11".
I hope you like it :)

What's not to like? She's beautiful and looks like a great size.

I like! I'll have to look for that in my LYS at the end of the month.

I love that bag! I haven't done much felting but was eyeing the Kureyon at my LYS this afternoon thinking about a Booga bag. I might just wait til I can get this pattern, though because it's wonderful.

See, I knew something would come along that would speak to all this wool I have um, accumulated, over this summer. The bags look great.

Carroll looks like a great bag. I love the way the handles are attached.
Can't wait to see it at my LYS.

I love it and I'm going to be one of the first to purchase it. I'm sorry you have to attend a funeral, but I hope the trip goes well and I'm sure you will bring solace to those you visit. Take care.

I can't believe it! I just began using my Elizabeth yesterday and there's another lady to be felted. I absolutely love Elizabeth. A great shoulder bag, perfectly sized to carry my day to day needs and a small project, what could be better? I even got a compliment from a teenage lifeguard. (Okay, he was making fun of me, but I don't care.) Thanks for the great designs.

Love the new pattern-I can't wait to get ours in!
I think I'll make it solid in something and add some beads that will be big enough to stick out after it's felted. Thanks!

I have GOT to learn how to knit. I wanted to learn more about you and where you're located, but I don't see a link. I'm in San Diego, and there's a great yarn shop here named The Black Sheep.
