They look great! Good call with the parmesan; it sounds amazing. I made crackers last fall and wanted to use that recipe but had already sent the book back to the library. Instead I went with this olive oil cracker recipe from Heidi Swanson, who I would trust with my foodlife. They went great with hummus.



Those look really good. I just watched an episode of Good Eats where Alton Brown made crackers. He suggested using a pasta maker to roll cracker dough out really thin. I'll have to give crackers a try one of these days.


Have you tried Swedish hardtack? It is so yummy, kind of sweet, not hard, and hard to stop eating!
