Oy! Where has that past two days gone? Thanks to everyone who emailed me about being a ring checker. I'm going to choose someone at random from all the emails and contact them sometime (when I find a free moment!)
And I don't have time to add any new sites again today, but hopefully tomorrow! This afternoon has been spent on the phone with roofers concerning the hole (I can look up through the soffit and see the sky! yikes!) in our roof.

Wow! like 90% of the people who have joined the ring since it re-opened have actually been qualified to join and have gotten the code up on their site too! (This is opposed to the usual 50-60%.) If this keeps up, I may keep the ring open for a while (800? 900? 1000?!? sites?) Thanks for reading the rules before you join. It makes things *so* much easier!

Okay, first I have to get this off my chest since I have had several commercial knitting websites join the ring. This ring is for Knitting Blogs. If you make a product (yarn, patterns, whatever) and have a *personal* knitting blog, please join. If you register your commercial website, or a blog that is clearly part of your commercial website, you will be deleted.

That's all I'm adding today. I'm going to take it easy so I don't get burned out. If you are in the queue, make sure you get your ring code up on your blog. And if you want to join, read the rules first!
Call me crazy. . . but I've decided to open up the ring again. Make sure you meet the ring requirements before joining!
When joining the ring:
1. Your blog must be at least a month old.
2. Your blog must show regular postings (once a week) for the last month.
3. You have one week from the time you submit your site to get your ring code up and running correctly.
4. You will receive a message from RingSurf with your Ring Code and Ring ID. Please keep this message or your records!
A link to the rules is over there in the sidebar. And a link to the FAQ is there too. Make sure you check these things out before emailing me with questions. I'm usually swamped when I open the ring.
