Catch up time! It was getting out of hand -- there wer 75 sites in the queue! So I fixed myself an iced mocha and sat down at the computer hoping to get caught up on the web ring. I did a blitz! Here's what this means -- if you were in the queue and you did not meet the requirements, you were deleted. (Although I stretched the rules a bit so that I could add as many of you as possible!) I just do not have the time to individually email everyone to let them know why they were deleted today. I had been doing this up to this point, but you can see where it has gotten me. So here are the requirements and rules once again:
Rules:
- To be a member of this ring:
- You must have a knitting blog, where you talk about knitting.
- You must post regularly. For our purposes regularly will be at least once a week.
- The ring code must be correct and must be visible on the page where your blog is located.
- Your blog must be written in english.
- You are responsible for making chages to your blog information (new url, new email, new blog name).
- When joining the ring:
- Your blog must be at least a month old.
- Your blog must show regular postings (once a week) for the last month.
- You have one week from the time you submit your site to get your ring code up and running correctly.
- You will receive a message from RingSurf with your Ring Code and Ring ID. Please keep this message or your records!
Hopefully I'll be able to send out emails in the future, but sometimes I guess I will have to do this if I am going to try to keep the ring open for long periods of time.
So, over 2 hours later. . . there are now 787 sites in the ring and only 21 in the queue. Yeah!
Happy Knitting!!
