Oh, I think I'm jealous. And the way the word molcajete feels in my mouth is verrrry nice.


There's a great restaurant in NYC that uses the Molcajete to make their guac, table side - and it is amazing. I'm thinking I may need to get one for myself...


This looks great! I'd love to have one to make our guac with. Are they hard to clean? I'm a little curious now and wonder, what else can you use it for? I do a lot of cooking and baking for our family.
